Starting from 01. October 2023 we’re looking for a postdoctoral scientist with experince in human cell and tissue culture to work on the development of in vitro models of the intestinal mucosa and the blood-brain-barrier.
Contract duration: 18 months.
PhD positions
Innovative drug delivery systems
Join our team to explore novel strategies to enhance therapeutic efficacy in targeted drug delivery. As a PhD candidate in this position, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and develop innovative drug delivery systems, using state-of-the-art approaches in nanotechnology and biomaterials.
Human in vitro tissue models
Join the team as a PhD candidate to help us develop in vitro tissue models of different biological barriers as predictive test platforms for novel drug delivery systems. In this project you are offered to contribute to developing alternatives to animal testing, shaping the future of biomedical research.
We are always looking for talented and motivated Master students, PhD candidates and PostDocs and welcome applications from those with expertise in formulation development (Electrospinning, polymer- & lipid-based nanocarriers), human in vitro models (organoids, organ-on-chip) or biofilm research at any time.
